Deal Administrator

The Deal Administrator’s main functions include:
- Review agreements, amendments and entire contents of Virtual Lot Files (VLF)
- Verifying information in VLF with Newstar
- Reconciling/balancing items such as deposits and upgrades
- Communicating with all other departments within the company in order to gather information
- Constant communication with lawyer’s offices
- Maintaining current spreadsheets and templates
- Developing new templates for new projects as needed
- Preparing NHR HST forms
- Parking and locker maps updated and maintained
- Handle NSF’s, determine best course of action and execute
- Verify for accuracy and identify issues requiring attention

- Some legal background preferred
