**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Process Engineer, the Operations Analyst is accountable to collect reports and monitor production trends and other operational data. Position will support in carrying out daily and weekly meetings and assist with data-driven insights to monitor and improve KPIs. Position will play key role in the continuous improvement activities and Process Reliability projects.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**Daily Management (70%)**:

- Collect Operations reports (Production, Maintenance, Quality) daily and weekly, and transform into useful reports and derive insights to assist in daily management.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on improvement of KPIs (Safety, Quality, Food Safety, Productivity, Cost).
- Assist plant teams with administrative duties related to plant operations.
- Coordinate daily, weekly plant meetings and other tasks for the Process Engineering team as well as plant leadership.

**Projects (30%)**:

- Assist Process Engineers and plant leadership with continuous improvements and Process Reliability improvements.
- Support projects such as capacity improvement and other capital projects.
- Participate in data modelling/ automation projects.
- Lead self-driven activities and tasks that support data analytics to advance Sofina’s business condition.

**Desired Skills and Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Science or other equivalent degree.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/ food-processing environment.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of database interaction
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and evaluate results; proven aptitude for working with numbers.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and interpret complex issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.

**Working Hours**: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
