Sr. Product Analyst, People and Enterprise Solutions | Brampton, ON

As a Sr. Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by handling and optimizing SaaS Applications, including Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, Jaggaer and DocuSign. Your technical prowess and strategic attitude will be key in ensuring projects within these applications will be executed seamlessly. This position offers a unique blend of technical challenges and strategic decision-making within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide expert support for SAP Cloud Applications (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, Jaggaer, DocuSign) and manage projects in the applications.

- Manage deployment and integration projects, implement, and maintain RPA tools.

- Develop documents for standard configuration, drive process improvements, and aid automation efforts.

- Work within the Agile framework, manage product backlog, and facilitate change management.

- Be flexible, take on new responsibilities, and collaborate with the team to improve support activities and standards.

- Follow a defined project management methodology, ensuring that the solution implemented is both supportable and sustainable.

- Implement improvements to the applications and major project deliveries.

What you Bring:

- University degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.

- Hands‑on experience with SAP Cloud applications (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, Jaggaer) or other SaaS applications.

- Good knowledge of technical support, testing, defect resolution, and SAP implementation methodologies.

- Demonstrated experience in the IT project delivery function; proven success developing and implementing solutions within a multi‑stakeholder organization.

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management best practices.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and deep knowledge of SAP Cloud applications including proficient in Agile Delivery Framework.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, proficiency in using Postman for testing, and excellent problem‑solving abilities.

- Basic programming in JavaScript or Python and familiarity with cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) are added advantages.

- Experience in product related role is desirable.

- Experience in SaaS applications (example SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur, Jaggaer).

- Ariba/FG/Concur certifications an asset.

- PMP certification or equivalent an asset.
