Analyst - Production Coordinator

- Shift - Monday-Thursday, 9:00pm-7:00am
- Hourly Rate - $28.00/hr.
The Analyst, Production Coordinator will be reporting to the Operations Manager. This position will be multi-focused with project work and daily tasks within operations.
Responsibilities- Infinity QS Scorecard and Data Analysis
- Closing production purchase orders
- Organizing and planning manpower
- Assisting production supervisors with administrative tasks
- Interacting with unionized employees
- High school diploma
- Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills, SAP
- Flexibility to work night shift
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills, oral and written, required
- Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member
- Strong analytical skills / highly organized
