About This Opportunity

The Analyst, Production Coordinator will be reporting to the Operations Manager. This position will be multi-focused with project work and daily tasks within operations. 

Responsibilities
  • Infinity QS Scorecard and Data Analysis
  • Closing production purchase orders 
  • Organizing and planning manpower
  • Assisting production supervisors with administrative tasks 
  • Interacting with unionized employees 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma 
  • Prior production/manufacturing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
  • MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills, SAP
  • Flexibility to work night shift 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written, required
  • Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member
  • Strong analytical skills / highly organized
