**A Great Leadership Opportunity with a Growing Water Company**
StreamGo Water Solutions Inc. is a rapidly expanding water company determined to change the way water infrastructure is delivered around the world. We are a turnkey provider of advanced water and wastewater treatment systems serving multiple markets throughout North America. We are looking for team-oriented water industry winners for senior leadership positions at our Hamilton, Ontario location to build upon the solid foundation that’s been laid to join us in this exciting stage of our growth.
**Vice President: Plant Operations**
At StreamGo, it’s not so much about the kind of tech we employ or develop for our water servicing solutions. It’s often about how we rethink its use and how we deliver our projects that separates us from pack. We are looking for a senior team member who brings that same creative and disruptive mindset to how we will continue to meet the growing demand for the operation of our own advanced water and wastewater systems and, other secure third party operation contracts plants throughout Ontario and selected markets in the US.
Your energy, focus and results-driven mindset along with your ability to build a team of committed water and wastewater treatment operators will be key to making this happen.
We are a full turnkey solution provider so you will also understand the importance and advantages of having a collaborative approach to getting things done - not only to realize your departmental goals but the greater Company goals as well. As a senior member of our management team, you will participate in short and long-range planning sessions and be an active contributor to the long-term success of the Company.
In short:
- You will be responsible for the future growth and management of the plant operations division of StreamGo, establishing an efficient operation, and instilling a culture of excellence therein.
- You appreciate the importance of driving continuous operational performance improvement in terms of safety, quality, and productivity and can demonstrate it.
- You’ll lead the business development efforts of the Plant Operations Division and provide strategic planning to grow this unit into a dominant player in the privately owned water and wastewater treatment operations market.
- You will understand the significance plant operations has to the long term growth opportunities of StreamGo and appreciate the inherent opportunities to leverage operations contracts into other business opportunities for the company.
- You understand the importance of maintaining a high level of employee morale by providing effective communications within your department.
