**Vice President: Manufacturing**

We are looking for a senior team member who brings that same creative and disruptive mindset to how we will continue to meet the growing production demands for our advanced water and wastewater systems.
Our rapid growth is driving our need to expand our production capability. Your energy, focus and results-driven mindset along with your ability to build upon a team of committed fabrication specialists will be key to making this happen.
We are a full turnkey solution provider so you will also understand the importance and advantages of having a collaborative approach to getting things done - not only to realize your departmental goals but the greater Company goals as well. As a senior member of our management team, you will participate in short and long-range planning sessions and be an active contributor to the long term success of the Company.
In Short
- You will be responsible for directing the manufacturing efforts of StreamGo, establishing an efficient manufacturing operation and instilling a culture of excellence.
- You appreciate the importance of driving continuous operational performance improvement in terms of safety, quality, and productivity and will demonstrate it.
- You’ll ensure production schedules are clearly defined and monitor progress toward completion of production schedules.
- You understand the importance of maintaining a high level of employee morale by providing effective communications within your department.
You may have done this before, or maybe you have been working in someone’s shadow for a few years, honing your craft and waiting for the right opportunity to prove your capabilities. Either way, we would like to hear from you.
