**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inspection and Testing**: Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- **Quality Audits**: Perform regular quality audits of production processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure consistent product quality.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions in compliance with ISO9001.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Investigate and identify root causes of quality issues or defects and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all products manufactured meet the required IPC standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to address quality-related issues and promote continuous improvement.
- **Quality Improvement Initiatives**: Participate in continuous improvement activities and suggest ways to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- **Training and Support**: Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices to ensure a consistent approach to quality control.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within an electronic manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., visual inspection, functional testing)
- Familiarity with industry standards (ISO 9001, IPC standards).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in inspections and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft and familiarity with Kanban systems.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
