**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the quality control team to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular quality inspections on projects at various stages of the work process.
- Analyze data collected from inspections to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance product reliability.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and facilitate corrective actions.
- Train staff on quality control processes, tools, and techniques, including the use of calipers and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related documentation.
- Participate in audits and assist in the development of action plans to address any non-conformities.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a construction environment.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with data collection techniques and statistical analysis related to quality management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as Sitedocs, Procore for precise measurements.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance improvement.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
