**The Opportunity**:

**What You Will Do**:
- Assist Finance department to resolve overdue accounts, collection of payments, invoicing and other duties as required
- Assist Finance department with tracking of direct costs and expenses to determine profitability
- Perform clerical tasks including typing reports, maintain records, update database and processing forms
- Maintain paper and electronic office files related to company operations

**What You Need to Succeed**:
- Post-secondary education in Administration or Accounting an asset
- Previous administrative experience required
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and/or previous experience in the home medical industry an asset
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to learn new technology tools quickly as well as basic typing abilities
- Ability to stay focused, strong attention to detail, and effective in managing multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
