**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide pre-determinations for patients, explaining insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
- Develop and discuss payment plans with patients, ensuring affordability and clarity.
- Review and explain detailed treatment plans to patients, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with the orthodontist on treatment sequencing and scheduling.
- Order necessary materials and appliances for patient treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the office's operations.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex information in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency with dental management software - Dentrix an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
