Stratford, Canada Nes-Tech Sales and Service Inc. Full time

Nes-Tech Sales and Service is a diverse shop in Stratford offering both automotive service and outdoor power equipment, sales and service in Stratford Ontario, We have 7 service bays and a small engine shop. With 6 technicians on the floor we require additional front counter help. Some of the many services we provide are fleet service, A/C repair, alignments, safety inspections, general repairs, tires and wheels. And a full Small Engine/Outdoor equipment division

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet Customer and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles and equipment
- enter customer concerns and relay to technician. Maintain communication with customer through completion of job
- look up and source nesssary parts from supplies and track warranties and core returns
- Ensure that automotive work provided to customer meets company quality standards
- Invoice and collect payment from customer for services rendered
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer database

Qualifications:

- Working knowledge and experience of automotive and/or small engine products, repairs and parts
- Secondary education in automotive field or Outdoor Power equipment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs to technicians
- Excellent knowledge of computer programs including word processing, excell, a and database tools
- Organizational skill including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly
- Exceptional customer service skills based on experience
- Continuing education and knowledge acquisition on the function and repair of newer vehicles
- Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment
- Ability to communicate complicated automotive processes to customer who may only have basic automotive knowledge
- Able to work well as a team and take responsibility for individual position
- Dependable, reliable and responsible

Expected Start date: Immediately

Experience: Service Advisor: 2 years preferred

Customer Service: 2 years preferred

License/Certification: Driver's License (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
