**What You’ll Do**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Be the go-to expert for customers, helping them choose the perfect parts for their vehicles while sharing your automotive passion and knowledge.
- **Order Management**: Keep things running smoothly by managing parts inventory, placing orders, and ensuring parts arrive on time.
- **Technical Assistance**: Support both customers and service technicians with technical advice and expertise that ensures the job gets done right.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Resolve issues with a smile, ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience and exactly what they need.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a dealership or as an Aftermarket Parts Advisor is a must.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Stellar communication and people skills to build positive customer relationships.
- **Industry Knowledge**: A solid understanding of automotive parts, functions, and compatibility - you know your stuff
- **Background Check**: A clean record, including a successful background check.
- **Driver’s Abstract**: A clean driver’s abstract is required.
- **Preferred**: CDK experience is a plus.
