Assistant Manager

Qdoba is looking for a qualified career minded individual with an energetic and outgoing personality to be a leader on an established team. The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing overall operations of the entire restaurant. They are accountable for all aspects of food quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, and production. They must have a guest-centric attitude and must have a passion to develop their team with the same qualities.

Assistant Managers report directly to the report to the Restaurant Manager. They are required to fulfill all duties associated with Management in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

The position is for all shifts including Day, Evening, and Weekends.

Own vehicle and license is required.

Own cellphone is required.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
