**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an **Assistant Manager**.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in retail management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the restaurant manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns.
- Drive sales by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Help develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase traffic and sales.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Monitor and maintain location cleanliness and organization.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store manager to set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a management or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Knowledge of store management principles and practices.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
