With a positive attitude, a high level of motivation, good communication and a good team spirit, the Assistant manager contributes to the smooth running of the store and the achievement of the planned objectives.

PURPOSE: REALIZING SALES OBJECTIVES
- By offering quality service.
- By participating and following the manager in all the tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the store.

NATURE:

- Responsible for customer service
- Operates within the sales quota

STATUS:

- Reports directly to the manager and works closely with the regional sales manager and other resource managers.
- Is a member of the integral part of the store team and by participating, creates a healthy and pleasant atmosphere.

SALES OBJECTIVES:
Realize the pre-established sales quotas:

- By offering a professional service
- By participating in competitions and incentive programs
- Establishing daily personal sales goals

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Offer a professional service of superior quality:

- Using professional sales techniques.
- By offering exceptional after-sales service.
- Presenting an image and dress to reflect the image of the company.

PARTICIPATION IN THE GOOD OPERATION OF THE STORE:
Assist the manager in all essential tasks for the proper functioning of the store:

- Visual presentation
- Marketing
- Cleanliness standards
- Systems and controls
- Policies and procedures

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:
Participate in training programs and continually develop personal skills:

- Using his knowledge of training programs
- Being alert and open to innovative ideas
