**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory control and merchandising.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee cashiering activities, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to POS procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience.
- Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and assisting with financial reporting.
- Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.

**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in cashiering and operating POS systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in store management or retail operations is preferred.
- Ability to negotiate with vendors for purchasing supplies or services.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Expected hours: 40 per week
