**What Will You Do?**
- Plan and follow a systematic schedule of contacting, monitoring, and checking overdue accounts to meet established targets.
- Review daily credit reports to ensure accuracy of billing and payment method according to terms.
- Review weekly statements/invoices for a select group of customers, verifying required information is provided before sending to the customer.
- Review detailed customer requirements and follow as requested.
- Communicate in writing with detailed back up information to necessary accounts and follow-up by telephone when required.
- Ensure pros are billed to correct accounts. Solve invoicing problems when necessary. Follow through with adjustments and changes with appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with internal personnel to ensure Credit policies and procedures are followed
- Run aging analysis report to help locate delinquent accounts.
- Analyze payment patterns watching for potential financial difficulties and alert Credit Manager or Credit Supervisor of inability to secure payment after consecutive attempts.
- Negotiate payment plans as required, with Credit Manager approval.
- Initiate the process for customers needing to be put on no credit terms.
- Review collection calls report on a weekly basis. Making sure all assigned accounts are being monitored regularly.
- All other duties as required

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Previous experience with Credit Collections preferred
- Advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Attention to detail required
- Ability to work at a steady pace maintaining a focus on accuracy
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills required
