- Key Areas of Responsibility-
Greets all customers (in person or over the phone) with a positive, engaging and welcoming attitude
Handle customer transactions; including sales, returns, defectives in a timely manner
-Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
-Reconcile their transaction history and drawer at the conclusion of each shift
-Operate the store point of sale system (PartsWatch), internet and paper catalogue to search for parts and customer accounts, and to invoice and pull orders.
-Assist with merchandising activities, maintaining standards of appearance, coordinate and cooperate with employees in the execution of plan-o-grams, overall product presentation, inventory management, signage and various product initiatives to enhance the customer experience and maximize inventory turns.
-Follow all policies and standard operating procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund and return policies.
-Work with the management team to react to customer service issues, customer complaints, and/or business opportunities.
-Contribute proactively to improvements in branch sales and profitability
-Adhere to inventory control programs, in-stock standards and all operating procedures
-Effectively communicate with all store and support center team members, management and customers
-Other store support related duties including but not limited to supporting the warehouse functions and delivery/pickup of product as required

Vos principales responsabilités:
- Accueillir tous les clients (en personne ou par téléphone) avec une attitude positive et plaisante
- Vendre une gamme diversifiée de produits par téléphone, télécopieur, courriel ainsi qu’au comptoir. Promouvoir les marques privées et les canaux de commerce électronique le plus possible
- Fournir un niveau élevé de service à la clientèle, supporter les promotions et les opportunités de ventes incitatives
- Gérer les transactions clients y compris les ventes, les retours et les items défectueux en assurant les délais soient respectés
- Valider l’exactitude des commandes de pièces pour les clients et s’assurer qu’elles sont livrées de façon opportune et efficace
- Reconcilier l’historique des transactions et le tiroir-caisse à la fin des quarts de travail.
- Utiliser le logiciel de point de vente du magasin (PartsWatch), internet et catalogue papier pour chercher des pièces et des comptes clients ainsi que pour facturer et repérer des commandes
- Participer aux activités de commercialisation des magasins, maintenir les normes d’apparence, coordonner et collaborer avec les employés pour l’exécution des planogrammes, la présentation générale des produits, la gestion des stocks, la signalisation ainsi que toute autre initiative qui pourrait permettre d’améliorer l’expérience client et optimiser les tours d’inventaire
Qualifications:
- Expérience de travail en pièces d’automobiles (minimum 1 an)
