**You're **invited to make a difference ** as a **full-time Lending Services Representative** in our** New Hamburg Branch.**

**This is an 18 month contract position.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce documentation for loans, coordinates process to register securities, ensure conditions are met, and advance funds.
- Provide member service supporting members needing or inquiring about payment changes, loan renewals, creditor insurance, overdraft protection, personal or business credit cards, etc.
- Support branch lenders with administrative support to proactively manage the branch’s loan portfolio.
- Supports credit quality assurance program through loan audits, credit file management, loan reviews, and other responsibilities.

**Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience**:

- Some post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or accounting
- 2-3 years of related experience in financial services, bookkeeping, or customer service
- Strong technical skills
- Previous credit or real estate experience is an asset
