Consider joining us today_ Supreme Services does not use AI to review resumes and we will always follow up after every interview and inform individuals of their status **Renovations Project Manager** As a key member of our Renovations Division, the Project Manager / Production Coordinator oversees residential and commercial renovation projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating crews and subcontractors, maintaining schedules and budgets, ensuring work meets quality standards, and serving as the main point of contact for clients during active projects. You will plan, organize, and supervise renovation projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on time, and on budget — all while delivering an exceptional client experience. **Duties and Jobs** - Plan and manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously, from start to finish. - Coordinate with estimators, designers, trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow. - Develop project schedules and work plans; monitor progress to meet deadlines and budget targets. - Organize and lead site meetings and safety meetings. - Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and adheres to company and regulatory requirements. - Act as the main point of contact for clients; provide regular updates, manage expectations, and address questions or concerns promptly. - Monitor project costs, prepare progress reports, and resolve any issues or delays. - Order materials, schedule deliveries, and coordinate equipment needs. - Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements at all times. - Support the recruitment and coordination of tradespeople and subcontractors as needed. - Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and quality. - Assist lead carpenters in rough and finish carpentry tasks (e.g., framing walls, installing doors/windows, baseboards, and cabinetry). - Knowledge of a variety of trades including plumbing, carpentry and electrical - Other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** - 3-5 years of experience in project management or production coordination, ideally in residential or commercial renovations. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, renovation practices, and local building codes. - Proven experience managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and client service skills. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient with project management software, Microsoft Office, and basic digital tools. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. - Ability to work flexible hours when required to meet project needs. - Must have your own basic tools and phone - Clean driver's record and valid driver’s license - Commitment to health and safety requirements - Be capable of lifting heavy objects daily - More than 50lb and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. - A positive, 'can-do" attitude - IICRC Certification will be preferred and eventually required - Ability to work a limited rotation of after hours and "on call" shifts **Join our team and help bring renovation projects to life with quality, integrity, and professionalism.** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Schedule: - Monday to Friday - On call - Weekends as needed **Education**: - DCS / DEC (required) **Experience**: - Project management: 3 years (required) - Construction or Restoration: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: - G License with a Clean Driving Record (required) Work Location: In person
