**We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this strategic role, you will be integral to our organization’s efficiency and success, providing comprehensive support to our Basement Division owner and team by enhancing operational workflows.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks and projects to ensure streamlined operations.
- Manage the customer experience from initial contact to invoicing and follow up
- Serve as a crucial point of contact between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Overseeing & scheduling production
- Prepare reports, manage schedules, and assist in the planning of meetings and events.
- Implement and optimize administrative processes for increased productivity.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals.
- Marketing efforts including oversight and content creation for Social Media campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bring you’re a-Game every day and like to laugh
- Proven experience in administrative or operational support roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in office software and technology, with an aptitude for learning new tools quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service practices is essential
- A positive, forward-thinking mindset and attitude
- Exceptional administrative abilities
- High level, (advanced), skills in MS Excel
