**Salary Range**: $50-$75K

**Position Summary**:
**Project Coordination**:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies that enhance organic rankings and increase conversions.
- Manage SEO-related project tasks across teams, ensuring alignment with digital strategies and performance goals.
- Conduct technical audits and resolve issues affecting site performance, accessibility, and mobile optimization.
- Regularly report on SEO metrics and progress, adjusting strategies based on performance insights.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform content strategy.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and image alt texts to improve visibility.
- Use tools like SEMrush and Screaming Frog for competitive analysis, identifying keyword opportunities and technical issues.
- Develop and maintain a backlink strategy to strengthen domain authority.
- Stay updated with SEO best practices and adjust strategies based on new products and key insights from google.
- Partner with content and design teams to ensure SEO is embedded in all relevant initiatives.

**Skills/Competencies**:

- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret data from multiple SEO tools and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiar with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Screpy, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- **Collaboration**: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices.
- **Adaptability**: Capacity to respond to changes in search engine optimizations, staying current with trends to maintain effective strategies.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently manage multiple SEO initiatives, meeting deadlines and performance goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, with proficiency in key tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Screpy) and a strong grasp of SEO best practices.
- **Preferred**: Certification in SEO or related field and experience in competitive analysis.
