**Location Details**:
**This job is in Canada, GTA (Greater Toronto Area) is preferred. **This job is a remote position, but you must be based in Canada.
**As the Inside Sales Account Manager** for our growing customer base **your key responsibilities include**:
- Understand daily, weekly, and monthly plans by collaborating with team leads and teammates.
- Manage the team inbox (answering and delegating appropriately).
- Mange inbound and outbound team calls (answering and delegating appropriately).
- Maintain a response that with the highest customer experience in mind.
- Manage incoming orders and spearheading any adjustments with Territory Account Managers (TAMs), order entry, buyers (if necessary) and warehouse.
- Manage current Axiom catalog (New part setup / Disco requests / Price updates).
- Manage price protections for on-hand and in-transit inventory.
- Research and communicate detailed tracking information to customers or distribution teams.
- Product availability and cost lookup (understanding possible transfer parts).
- Manage appropriate distribution RMA defective and return requests.
- Research and input quotes into AXIS.
- Send approved quotes to distribution.
- Complete daily emerging calls and document outcome.
- Team backup when required.
- Axiom Ambassador support for TAMs and customers.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
**To be a good fit for this role, you will have**:
- Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, including excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales experience
- High level customer service and phone skills.
- Self-starter, able to work independently with little supervision
- Basic computer experience including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
**Preferred**:
- Two years of industry sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in telemarketing or call center
**Compensation: Salary starts at $60,084 CAD (or $46,072 USD) per year, depending on experience plus commission structure considered after 90 days of employment.**
