Key Responsibilities
- Execute food preparation, cooking, and assembly according to Grateful Chicken and Compass standards
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and portioned accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Assist with prep and back-of-house duties as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including Compass Group food safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with your team and show up ready to work

What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year experience in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred but not required)
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude, reliability, and respect for team culture
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
