**Line Cook/Prep Cook**:

**Position: Line Cook/Prep Cook**

Availability: Saturday - Sunday, approximately 15 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:
Organization of the Kitchen:
Implement and maintain an efficient and organized kitchen layout.

Ensure proper storage and rotation of produce following the FIFO method.

**Cleanliness and Safety**:
Uphold a clean kitchen environment, strictly adhering to health, safety, and food safety standards.

Conduct regular inspections to guarantee compliance with cleanliness protocols.

**Service Involvement**:
Play a hands-on role during service, including taking a station on the line when needed.

Ensure smooth kitchen operations to meet the demands of a fast-paced restaurant.

**Culinary Experience**:
2+ years of culinary experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in cooking techniques.

**Adaptability**:
Ability to work efficiently in small kitchen spaces while maintaining high standards.

**Certification**:
Possession of a valid Food Handlers certificate.

**Fast-Paced Environment**:
Experience working in a small to medium-sized, fast-paced restaurant (approximately 120 covers).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
