**We're Hiring: Line/Prep Cook - Commisary Kitchen**

Are you a fast, focused cook who loves the rush of service and the satisfaction of a well-executed event? We’re looking for a **Line/Prep Cook** to join our team, supporting both **catering production** and **QSR-style service** in a high-energy kitchen.

You’ll help prep and execute everything from large-scale corporate events to our everyday counter service menu. If you thrive in a kitchen where no two days are exactly the same, this could be the perfect role for you.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prep proteins, sauces, garnishes, and sides with speed and precision
- Work the line during service, assembling dishes consistently and cleanly
- Support catering production with batch cooking, portioning, and packing
- Maintain a clean, food-safe kitchen station at all times
- Work as part of a tight, positive team that moves fast and has each other’s backs
- Assist with receiving, labelling, and organizing inventory

**What You Bring**:

- 1-2+ years of kitchen experience (catering, commissary, or restaurant)
- Solid knife skills and an understanding of kitchen flow
- You’re punctual, clean, and quick on your feet
- Able to follow systems and directions in a fast-paced setting
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
- You take pride in doing things the right way, even when it’s busy

**Location**: Downtown Toronto
**Schedule**: Full-time/Part-time, flexible shifts (weekday & weekend availability preferred)
**Pay**: Competitive hourly wage, based on experience

Pay: $16.55-$22.53 per hour
