**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated Prep Cooks, and Line Cooks to join our culinary team. As part of a growing group of restaurants in Toronto, this is a dynamic opportunity for passionate kitchen professionals to grow within a company that values training, creativity, and career advancement.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients and food items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Cook and plate menu items and daily specials according to chef specifications, ensuring standards for timing, taste, presentation, and cost control.
- Collaborate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, food safety, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Support kitchen organization, cleanliness, and daily housekeeping tasks.
- Participate in training sessions, beer education, and team development activities.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment (preferred).
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
