**Student Success Coordinator**

**Scope**:

We are currently seeking a full-time **Student Success Coordinator**.
- **Employment Type**: Full-time, Permanent (Monday-Friday)
- **Target Start Date**: ASAP
- **Location**: Remote (will require to travel to campus for new starts and grad)

The Student Success Coordinator independently performs the required complex administrative and coordination related assignments/projects within the Student Services departmentand is a front-line support person to associated students, faculty, coordinators, managers, and directors.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Providing face to face and online Student Services support in the areas of academics, attendance, and behaviour
- Acting as the single point of contact between our face to face/online students and Stenberg departments while coordinating and liaising all student issues
- Participating in the organizing and delivering of face to face and online student orientations
- Monitoring, tracking, and communicating student updates to all departments (including rewrites/resubmits, probation placements, mandated success plans, and program dismissals/withdrawals)
- Participating in various strategic planning meetings while assisting with alternative marketing events and initiatives

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a coaching, instructing, and or an administrator role
- A minimum of two years post secondary education is preferred
- Computer proficiency: good knowledge of MS Office, Google docs, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Previous health care training/knowledge would be an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communicator, able to provide supportive and constructive feedback, and demonstrates patience and empathy during challenging conversations
- A passion for supporting and guiding individuals in addition to superior communication and organizational skills are a must
- The successful applicant is a self-motivated individual who fosters an environment of collaboration and cooperation to achieve results. You must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and have strong interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00 per year
