**SURFACE LAND AGENT**
This position will involve working closely with the Clients and Administrators to ensure timely acquisition of projects.

DUTIES:
Surface Land Agent duties include:

- Negotiating with landowners/occupants/stakeholders for various surface interests
- Researching area compensation for negotiations
- Administering and maintaining files, both electronically and hard copy

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for the Surface Land Agent position must possess the following qualifications:

- Olds College Land Agent Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Familiarity with agricultural practices
- Pipeline & wellsite construction knowledge
- Alberta Land Agent’s Licence
- Alberta Driver’s Licence
- Alberta Commissioner for Oaths

If you are not from the area Prospect will provide you a place to stay during the week. It’s nice home / office set up with your space & ensuite.

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
