**Purpose**:
Responsible for ensuring the movement of freight by our carriers is coordinated according to our customer’s needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages the customer board by:

- Calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays
- Executing the drop trailer process by:

- Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals
- Providing PODs to billing
- Provides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needs
- Requests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billing
- Provides daily reports to key clients
- Informs dispatchers if appointments are required for delivery
- Supports dispatchers with data entry when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
