It also offers Data Management and Destruction Services. Its mission is to _foster growth and opportunity in the Kingston community by creating comfortable spaces for living, working, and playing._

As the Facilities Manager, you will train and oversee maintenance staff as well as cleaning staff, perform light maintenance duties, cleaning as required, and respond to and proritize tenant requests. With your team, you will maintain and oversee a portfolio of twelve buildings. You will be responsible for ordering & maintaining proper supply inventory, maintaining & using cleaning equipment, implementing regular cleaning programs (windows, carpets), sidewalk snow & ice removal & performing light maintenance. You will also interact with tenants to determine & organize cleaning-maintenance requirements and respond to emergencies.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Facilities Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
