We are looking for someone who can lead high-level portfolio performance updates for Major Projects, in alignment with business and strategic priorities, on the Projects Performance team. Supports senior project and executive leadership by developing portfolio performance updates in collaboration with Major Projects leadership team, using strong communication and analytics to provide a clear line of sight to Major Projects’ performance

**Here's what you will do**:

- Recommend performance management decisions and key messages to senior and executive leadership audiences using a deep understanding of Major Projects and portfolio data; and proceed with the recommendation often without leadership review
- Provide insight by understanding the data analysis of MP portfolio performance
- Be accessible, responsive, and agile to meet demanding deadlines, changing priorities, and business needs
- Mentor and advise all levels of stakeholders on results, best practices, processes, key performance indicators, and targets as a key member of one of Major Projects centers of expertise
- Develop strategic portfolio performance updates using a combination of quantitative and qualitative analytics on performance, opportunities, and risks
- Handles more complex and high-impact requests.

**Required**:

- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to make independent decisions on complex data
- Impeccable accuracy and quality of all presentations and communications (no errors) and follow Enbridge’s brand requirements
- Strong communication skills with a focus on the development of high-impact strategic presentations
- Ten or more years of project experience in oil and gas as a project manager, project engineer, or project controls specialist
- University degree in engineering, business, economics, communications, or related discipline
- Effective organizational skills, with the competence and critical thinking to prioritize planned and unplanned deliverables
- Behavior aligned with Enbridge, Projects, and team norms, expectations, and ways of working
- High level of curiosity and growth mindset (open to feedback and willingness to learn)
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and PowerBI

- Travel to other Enbridge locations rarely required
