**Join Our Culinary Team - Line Cook (Pasta) at Caramba Restaurant, Whistler**

Caramba Restaurant is looking for a passionate and dedicated **Line Cook - Pasta** to join our kitchen brigade Located in the heart of Whistler Village, Caramba offers a lively and welcoming environment where traditional European flavors meet West Coast flair. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have a love for handcrafted pasta and Italian cuisine, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pasta dishes to order in a timely and consistent manner
- Follow standardized recipes while also bringing creativity to seasonal specials
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours
- Clean and maintain pasta station and kitchen equipment
- Assist with other kitchen duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a line cook (preferably in Italian or pasta-focused kitchens)
- Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of pasta cooking techniques and sauces
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Team player with a positive, dependable attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
