We’re seeking culinary pros with ideally **a**t least 2 years of professional kitchen experience who thrive in a busy, high-energy environment. You'll be part of a supportive and dynamic team that values creativity, precision, and a strong work ethic.

As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for:

- Preparing and presenting dishes efficiently and consistently
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Assisting with prep for upcoming shifts and next-day service
- Taking initiative in the absence of Chef/Sous Chef, including some supervisory responsibilities
- Supporting kitchen operations including inventory, ordering, and internal audits

What You Bring to the Table:

- Positive, can-do attitude and solid team spirit
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills between front and back of house
- Food Safe certification (required)
- Post-secondary culinary education, inventory control, or supervisory experience (a bonus)
