Eastern Traffic Services, part of the Municipal Group of Companies, is a large, diversified Construction Company engaged in all major aspects of the heavy civil construction industry within the Atlantic Provinces. Eastern Traffic Services is currently seeking a **Dispatcher** to support our operations based in **Sackville, NS.**

**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Dispatcher will work closely with another dispatcher to plan and coordinate the schedule for all operations and ETS employees. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch personnel and resources based on Traffic Control Orders
- Plan upcoming projects for optimal resource allocation and efficiency
- Dispatch personnel and resources as per a pre-developed schedule
- Planning upcoming projects for optimal and efficient personnel and resource placement
- Any other duties as required
