**Your role**
- Lead the design and execution of the assortment planning process to support the business to realize sales, profit, and inventory KPIs through strategy and assortment optimization processes
- Facilitate the category strategy analysis and assortment optimization phases of the Product Line Review (planogram) process for complex categories by partnering with the Merchant to interpret and translate a complex set of business rules to merchandising decisions
- Create ad hoc analyses to understand customer, market and financial performance
- Build category strategy presentations to articulate the decisions, rationale and financial impacts
- Partner with the Merchants to convert assortment optimization insights to planogram assortments
- Ensure the on-time execution of key activities to meet PLR timelines
- Collaborate and communicate cross-functional stakeholders to refine assortment decision processes and guardrails to meet cross-company KPIs
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to Assortment Planning Analyst

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience influencing others and relationship building
- Analytical, financial acumen and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Retail experience
