**Our expectations**:
Reporting to the Manager, Master Data Management, the Analyst is responsible for their business unit’s quality control and performance management tools and for the development of these tools.
**Your role**:
- Help the Manager develop performance metrics and quality control tools
- In collaboration with the Manager, establish data management business practices
- Develop tools to improve data management
- Help the product review analyst generate product assortment reports
- Find and recommend solutions or improvements to the team after analyzing data quality
- Take part in various corporate projects; if required, work with several teams
- Act as a resource person to help ensure the successful production of reports
- Conduct follow-ups regarding the daily advancement of the report production process and inform the Coordinator and/or Manager of any problems
- Produce dashboards and statistics for the business unit
- Answer various questions from report users
- Assist with improving the report production process, which includes the methods used to extract and process data as well as present and communicate results
**The qualifications we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in a similar position
- Ability to organize workload and set priorities to meet deadlines
- Thoroughness, initiative, and autonomy
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite and advanced Excel features (pivot tables and search functions)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Access (tables, query, macro)
- Knowledge of the retail industry and, more specifically, home improvement products (an asset)
