Positions Available: Team Leaders & Subcontractors Hi**gh Rise Window Cleaner** & **Rope Access Window Cleaner**

We are Based in Vancouver with **20 years** in the business, we are known for good quality service and our reliable friendly staff. We are looking for individuals with integrity, **who are quality focused, and have a get the job done attitude.**

**This is an outside job working in all weather.**
- We service a verity of Strata & Commercial Buildings and Residential houses.
- We have a positive teamwork environment with room to grow and develop new skills.
- We are looking for skilled workers who are positive, friendly, with solid core values.
- **Duties will include**:

- Cleaning windows for high / low rise residential and commercial buildings
- (tucker pole and squeegee)
- Pressure washing building exteriors, parkades, and gutter cleaning
- Working on Ropes, Working on Ladders, & Boom Lifts

We expect a Minimum 3+ year experience, and ability to take responsibility.

**Personal qualities**: On time, Good attitude toward work, Solution based thinking, Safety oriented, Good communication, Self-starting, Work with mínimal supervision, Attention to detail.

Transportation/Travel Information:
Valid driver's license & Clear Abstract Required.(for driving the company vans)

Own Vehicle, an asset.

(Rope Access Upgrade Training paid by company)

**Compensation**:
Subcontractors $50-$65 Piece work or contract based projects.

Team Leaders $35-$48 hourly. + opportunities for Extra shifts & peace work

Paid Training and Upgrades, Rope Access hours signed off by our L3

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week
