Established in 1996, Cleantech’s Rope access division is run by a team of SPRAT Level 3’s with over 20 years in the industry. The Rope Access Division is supported by Cleantech’s large and established facilities services company, a beautiful office and an equipment warehouse with a rope training area.

**Join Our Team: Rope Access Site Supervisor - Level 3**
We are seeking a dedicated Rope Access Site Supervisor with a Level 3 certification from IRATA or SPRAT and at least 5+ years of experience in high-rise window cleaning and maintenance. This role is pivotal in ensuring safety and efficiency in high-quality work at heights, contributing significantly to our company's growth and success. Your extensive experience will be crucial in leading our team through complex projects and operational challenges.

**What You Will Do**:

- Team Leadership: Mentor and coach our team of Rope Access Technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to the budget while allocating resources efficiently to meet client expectations and company standards.
- Quality Assurance: Implement high standards for performance, conduct inspections, and drive corrective actions to maintain quality.
- Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with team members and management to coordinate and align project goals.
- Equipment Management: Manage equipment maintenance, inspections, and inventory to support operational needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.

What You Bring to the Role:

- A Level 3 Rope Access certification from either IRATA or SPRAT.
- 5+ years of experience in high-rise window cleaning and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in managing both the technical and safety aspects of complex projects.
- Passion for team development and a commitment to fostering a strong safety culture.
- A proactive approach to optimizing operations and enhancing client satisfaction.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
