High Rise Window Washing Supervisor

**Job Title: Rope Access Team Supervisor/Team Leader & Future Field Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a 1-3 teams of rope access technicians.
- Maintain company tools & equipment coordinate gear getting to work sites.
- Assist with scheduling and work flow 2-4 weeks in advance.
- Follow safety program & guidelines and ensure team compliance.
- Dailey & weekly progress reports to office and clients.
- Clean high-rise windows on residential and commercial buildings, as well as houses and gutters.
- Use tucker poles, squeegees, and pressure washers.
- Pressure wash building exteriors and parkades.
- Work with extension poles, ladders, and boom lifts.
- Walk on sloped roofs using fall protection harnesses.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a supervisor or field manager.
- SPRAT or IRATA Level 3 certification or readiness to upgrade soon.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.(company van provided)
- Clean driving abstract for driving the company van.
- Ability to pick up work van and tools in South Vancouver and drive to job sites throughout Vancouver and neighboring areas.
- Fall protection and boom lift certification needed (willing to train the right person).

- On time with a good work attitude. (very important)
- Solution-based thinking and safety-oriented.
- Good communication and friendly demeanor.
- Non-smoking, positive, and self-starting.
- Able to anticipate issues and avoid them through advanced planning.
- Attention to detail with good dexterity and ability to use hand tools and work/reach overhead.

**Compensation**:

- $37-47 hourly, production incentives.
- Extra shifts and flat rate jobs available.
- Potential to earn higher when productions levels are reached.

Pay: $38.00-$47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Rope access supervisor: 3 years (required)
- rope access window cleaning: 5 years (required)
- pressure washing: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Sprat or Irata Level 3 (required)
