Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of windows across various commercial storefronts. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and uphold our company's reputation for quality service.

Duties

  • Clean windows and ledges of all sizes using hand tools, squeegees, no ladder work
  • Ensure the cleanliness of surrounding areas during and after window cleaning procedures
  • Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
  • Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain safety standards by using appropriate protective gear and following safety protocols during all tasks

Requirements

  • Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred, especially in facilities maintenance or window cleaning roles
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment required for window washing
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple jobs efficiently without compromising quality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness
  • Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license is mandatory
