**Overview**
We are a dynamic stone fabrication company. We work with natural and man-made materials to design, deliver and install a wide variety of projects such as countertops, fireplaces, full kitchens etc.

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries ensuring excellent phone etiquette.
- Managing schedules and daily appointments
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
