**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales consultant with vehicle financing experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential car buyers through the sales and finance process, showcasing and demonstrating vehicles, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key in helping clients find their new vehicle.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential buyers through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Conduct presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our new and pre owned vehicles.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the sales pipeline and follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain professionalism in all communications with clients.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activities.
**Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
- Experience in dealership sales or retail sales is preferred, demonstrating an ability to close deals successfully.
- Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools for tracking leads and opportunities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Communicate with multiple lenders regarding financing for consumer auto loans
- Hours may be flexible for the right applicant
