**Job Overview**
**_ This is a temporary position starting from February to October 202_**_5._** Reporting to the Yachting Director, this person will be responsible for ensuring that all Yachting and Water Sports programs function in a safe, accessible and efficient manner. To deliver the highest quality of Member service while ensuring that the waterfront property and equipment are clean, functional and safe for the benefit of Members, Program Participants and Staff.
Specific duties would include, but are not limited to:
- Assists the Yachting Director with communications and administrative tasks related to the Yachting and Water Sports Section(s) programs, services and operations.
- Acts as a primary point of contact for all Member and Non-Member inquiries about the Yachting and Water Sports Section(s).
- Collaborates with Yachting Director in program design and scheduling for the Yachting and Water Sports Section(s).
- Provide an inclusive, welcoming, and flexible learning environment for all Members, Guests, Program Participants, and Staff.
- Participates in all areas of The Boulevard Clubs Waterfront operations.
**Job Qualifications**
- Friendly and courteous individual with marine and padding environment experience and customer service experience. Experience working in a Sail Canada Member Club preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
- Possess technology skills related to project management, basic graphic design, event promotion and social media management
- Possess valid Standard First Aid/CPR/AED, Toronto Harbour License, P.C.O.C card and a V.H.F. Radio Operator’s License certification*
- Able to speak, read and write fluent English
- Ability to work effectively independently as well as part of a team
