**About Us**

Eco Lighting & Electrical is a Calgary-based independent **wholesaler and contractor** specializing in LED lighting, electrical products, and control systems. We serve commercial, industrial, residential, and horticultural customers with innovative, energy-efficient solutions.

**The Role**

This role starts with a strong focus on **administration, purchasing, and customer support**, and will grow to include **inside sales and CRM / inventory system development**.

**What You’ll Do**
- Handle office administration, order entry, and data management
- Enter receipts, bills, and transactions into the accounting system
- Maintain customer and supplier records
- Support accounts receivable and payable
- Issue purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
- Receive goods into inventory and update records
- Assist with inventory counts and stock control
- General showroom merchandising
- Prepare quotes and process orders
- Support showroom merchandising
- Assist with CRM and inventory system development (Zoho Suite)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in **administration or distribution operations**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with **Microsoft Office Suite**; CRM / accounting systems an asset
- Familiarity with wholesale/distribution (electrical or lighting preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
