Gore Mutual is on a transformation journey and as part of our growth trajectory we are building a new and enhanced Enterprise Cyber-Security team to guide, protect and develop a robust security program that enables the business to meet their goals with the assurance and peace of mind that strong security controls are in place.
To continue our journey forward, we are looking to onboard an **Identity & Access Management Specialist**. Our new security structure includes an expert in each vertical including Data, Application, Cloud, and Identity Access Management. Each of these specialists will have an opportunity to drive new policies, process, controls & own the strategy in their vertical.
As an expert in your vertical you will own maturing the security approach and will be proactive in offering continuous improvement suggestions on new policy, architecture, design, and implementation processes to build out a comprehensive framework within the security posture at Gore.

**What will you do?**
Each Security Specialist will play a critical role in our evolution and will collaborate across the business as well as within our Channel Technology Solutions Enterprise Security team to bring maturity to their programs while balancing corporate security risk tolerance and industry best practices.

**What Will You Be Doing In This Role**
- Build and maintain policies for Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration working alongside Compliance and IT Support teams
- Design documents and processes to support the function of access security (e.g., Segregation of Duty matrix)
- Develop foundational documents to promote secure processes at all stages of access management lifecycle
- Design, plan and execute access audits for internal and external users, stakeholders and vendors to meet or exceed Gore Mutual’s compliance standards, as well as industry and regulatory compliance-standards
**What Will You Need To Succeed In This Role**
- 5+ years of experience in information security, identity & access management, or related security practices.
- Experience deploying SailPoint
- CISSP, CGEIT or CRISC in good standing
- Expertise with Identify Access Management, Identity Management Suites like One Identity/SailPoint/Optimal IDM
- University degree/college diploma in related discipline(s) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to design, audit and plan IAM strategy, and partnering with Corporate Compliance
- Strong experience with Enterprise level IT Management, ideally with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
NOTE: This is a hybrid role that includes the flexibility to work remotely, but also regular in-person meetings in our Cambridge facility is expected (twice a week).
