**HUMAN RESOURCE PLACEMENT SPECIALIST - Contract Position - Full/Part Time**

**Job Information**

Contract Position - 1 year

Location - Mississauga

Competitive Salary ($45,000-$50,000) + Group Benefits

Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

**Must have**:

- BA Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources or related field
- 2 or more years of work experience in related field such as recruitment, employment agency, job development
- Superior networking and communication skills
- Very organized
- Time Management
- Problem Solving
- Strong documentation/tracking and administrative skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn and Teams
- Valid Ontario ‘G’ class driver’s license with access to vehicle
- Approved/ eligible Police Vulnerable Sector Check required

- Job Development
- Create strategic plans for finding and securing employment / placement opportunities
- Network and develop relationships with employers and find specific suitable job/placement opportunities
- Educate employers on organizations’ services/programs and negotiate contracts, placements and accommodations
- Complete and process incentive forms accurately
- Create and process job leads to internal team
- Follow up with employers and track progress of clients in placements
- Maintain ongoing communication and continuously foster employer relationships
- Deliver high quality customer service and complete tasks on-time

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
