We are currently looking to fill the position of Front of House Manager (Customer Service / Cupcake Counter) - The hours for this shift will be 10am-4pm, Thursday-Sunday.
- Uphold our company standards of: Cleanliness, Quality & Service
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service at all times
- Oversee all incoming orders, making sure all details are taken care of
- Print off all Online Webstore orders at the start of the shift and check periodically for new orders throughout the day
- Fill walk-in customer orders, paying attention to details
- Decorate cupcakes, and prepare orders of multiple products (pre-orders & walk-ins)
- Provide customers with Order Desk information when needed
- Be familiar with all products in order to provide accurate responses to customer questions
- Understand the importance of keeping the Front of House clean at all times
- Enforce quality control - all products leaving the shop are up to our standards
- Responsible for ordering products from our supply kitchen, on a daily basis
- Responsible for ordering packaging/supplies through the Order Desk
- Work with Order Desk and Decorators to ensure display cases are kept full
- Provide an inventory count for Order Desk at the end of each shift
- At the end of the shift, review orders for the following day and determine

volume of cupcakes to be scooped by the closing FOH shift
- Use the p.o.s. system and handle cash
- Work weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Assume FOH duties as needed
- Work with GM to make sure any abandoned shifts get covered
- Customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Works well under pressure
- Able to multitask
- Cleanliness
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Must be available some weekends
- Culinary education and/or decorating experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
