Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent service.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Answer questions, assist with inquiries
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
- Assist servers when busy, and help with checking on customers

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Willingness to help others and work as part of a team
- Smart Serve required - Must be 18 years of age or older

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
