Our goal is to be a leader in the industry and we want you to join our team of energetic individuals to enhance the inner “foodie” in our customers. We are open 7 days a week and open year round. An emphasis is placed on weekends and holidays, as those are our busiest times of the year. The successful applicant will be required to work weekends.

We are looking for a retail manager in our farm store to manage retail staff, deliver amazing customer service, and keep all back-of-house administrative tasks organized. This position will be a mixture of administrative/behind-the-scenes tasks and front-of-house duties managing staff and keeping the customer experience top notch. A huge emphasis is on great attention to detail and organization in administrative tasks, and the ability to utilize technology and computer systems for these goals.

**Managerial and Administrative Responsibiltiies**:

- Manage the Retail team on a daily basis
- Collaborate and Communicate with the other Managers on the team (Retail, Butcher, Events, and Kitchen
- Provide an amazing customer experience to all guests
- Oversee onboarding of all retail team members
- Keep POS software server up to date on a continuous basis
- Maintain files and historical data, keeping them organized
- Keep up with all administrative tasks such as, but not limited to: ordering change, new employee manuals, submitting invoices, inputting vendor information into the software program, monitoring prices of products, and much more

- Ability to pivot when the days go unexpected
- Leadership skills in managing a team
